One quiet log for the week you are actually living.
Vessa keeps the ordinary things in one place: the meal you made, the session you got to, the walk, the water, the early night. You decide what belongs on the page. Vessa just keeps it open for you.

How it works
Set it up once, then it is a line at a time.
Set the page up once
Choose the handful of things worth writing down — meals, two or three training days, water, lights out. Every number in Vessa is one you typed. The app holds no opinion about your body and no target for it.
Add a line when it happens
Lunch is a sentence. A session is a name and the minutes. A habit is one tap on the way past. It takes seconds, which is the only reason a log like this survives a full week.
Look back on Sunday
The week reads back as it was: meals written, sessions done, habits kept, the days you rested. No score, no grade, no comparison — and a quiet week is just a blank page, not a failure.
What Vessa includes
One subscription, everything below. No tiers, no add-ons, nothing sold inside the app.
A plain meal log
One line per meal, or reuse the ones you saved. There is no calorie column, no traffic-light colours and nothing that marks a day good or bad.
A training log
Log the class, the strength session, the long walk — type, minutes, and a note on how it went. Vessa records what you did; it never writes the programme.
Habits on your terms
A short list you build yourself and can shorten any time. Pause one for a week without losing anything, because there is no streak to protect.
Water and rest check-ins
Optional, two taps, and easy to switch off entirely. The daily figure is the one you set, not one the app decided suits you.
The week on one page
Meals written, sessions logged, minutes moved, habits kept. A record of what you did inside the app — not a health assessment.
Reminders and short reading
Nudges at the times you choose, and plain pieces on cooking, routine and picking things back up after a break. General information, never presented as dietary or medical advice.
Who it's for
Vessa is for adult women who want their meals, their training and their small habits written down in one quiet place, without being graded on any of it. It is a general wellness and educational product. It is not a diet, not a weight-loss programme, and not designed as a medical intervention or for people being treated for a diagnosed condition.
It is intended for adults aged 18 and over, and it is not for anyone who is pregnant or nursing, anyone managing a medical condition through diet, or anyone with a history of disordered eating. If a healthcare professional is already guiding you, follow their advice — Vessa does not replace it.
- Women who want one log for meals and training instead of notes scattered across three apps
- Anyone who already knows how they like to eat and move, and just wants it written down
- People who have had enough of challenges, streaks and apps that grade the day
- Anyone who would rather spend ten seconds logging than ten minutes planning
- Anyone who prefers a plain price, no supplements, and no claims software cannot back up
Trust & transparency
We would rather lose a sale than overstate what an app can do, so here is the honest boundary.
What Vessa does
- Gives you a single log for meals, training, water and habits
- Lets you choose every habit, every session and every number in the app
- Sends optional reminders at the times you set
- Keeps a plain weekly record of what you completed inside the app, exportable at any time
- Explains general ideas about cooking, routine and habit-building in ordinary language
What Vessa does not do
- Does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent obesity, PCOS, thyroid conditions, or any other medical condition
- Does not prescribe a diet, a calorie target, or a meal plan, and is not nutritional advice
- Does not promise weight loss, a dress size, or any particular number on a scale
- Does not sell supplements, pills, meal replacements, teas, or any product that claims to burn fat
- Does not claim clinical validation or medical endorsement, and uses no before-and-after photos
Important health disclaimer
This app is designed for general wellness and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. It is not a diet plan, a weight-loss treatment, or a substitute for professional care. Healthy habits work differently for different people and individual results may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet or activity level — particularly if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating.
The whole app opens the moment you sign up
No card, no waiting list, no health questionnaire. Create an account and you land straight in the dashboard: log a meal, mark your movement, tick off the habits you chose, add a reminder, and watch the week fill in. If it isn't for you, delete the account from Settings and nothing of yours remains.
Frequently asked questions
The questions people ask before subscribing, answered without marketing language.
What is Vessa, in one paragraph?
Vessa is a subscription app for keeping everyday habits in one log: a plain meal log, a training log, optional water and rest check-ins, habits you define yourself, reminders, a weekly page and a small shelf of general-information articles. That is the whole product — a tracking and organization tool intended for general wellness and education.
Is this a diet plan or medical software?
Neither. Vessa is not a medical device, a treatment, or a therapy, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It does not prescribe a diet, set a calorie target, or give nutritional advice, and it does not replace a doctor or a registered dietitian.
Will I lose weight with it?
We do not promise that, and we would be sceptical of any app that did. Vessa gives you an unpressured place to keep track of habits you chose. What that adds up to depends on you, your health, your circumstances and how consistently you use it. Individual results may vary.
Does it set a goal weight or count calories for me?
No. You decide what to track and what the numbers are. Every figure in the app is typed in by you, and Vessa never assigns you a target or tells you that a number is wrong.
Does it give me a training programme?
No. Vessa records the training you already do. It does not build a programme, does not tell you how heavy or how long, and is not a substitute for a qualified coach or physiotherapist.
What does it cost?
$12.99 per month, or $99 per year, which works out to about $8.25 a month. Every feature is included in both — there is no upgrade tier and nothing is sold inside the app. Prices are in U.S. dollars and any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you confirm.
How does the trial work, and how do I cancel?
New accounts get 14 days free, and we email a reminder before the trial ends. Cancel from Settings → Subscription or by emailing us. Cancelling in the trial means you are never charged; cancelling later stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you paid for runs out. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Email us within 30 days of a charge and we refund it in full, without asking you to justify it. The details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I look inside before paying?
Yes. Creating an account takes about thirty seconds, asks for no card and no health information, and opens the whole log straight away — meals, training, check-ins, habits and the weekly page. Nothing is hidden while you look around.
What happens to my data?
We collect your account details, what you logged in the app, and basic technical information. We do not sell personal data and we do not hand it to advertisers. On this deployment everything you log stays in your own browser rather than on our servers, and you can export it as a file or wipe it entirely from Settings at any time. The full description is in the Privacy Policy.
Is Vessa suitable for everyone?
No. Vessa is for adults aged 18 and over. It is not intended for anyone who is pregnant or nursing, anyone managing a medical condition through diet, or anyone with a history of disordered eating — in those situations a qualified healthcare professional should be guiding you, not an app.
Who makes Vessa?
Vessa is an independent software product. We are not a clinic, a laboratory, or a university, we are not affiliated with any healthcare organization, and nobody here reviews users clinically or writes diet plans. Ask us anything through the contact page and we will answer.
Still unsure about something? Write to us — a person reads every message.
